Peter Langins
Peter Langins is a licensed Minnesota attorney and real estate broker with extensive experience helping clients navigate complex land transactions. His background in estate planning, estate administration, business succession planning, and real estate law provides clients with a unique advantage when buying or selling farmland, recreational property, and other rural real estate.
A lifelong resident of Southeastern Minnesota, Peter graduated from Pine Island High School before earning his Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota and his law degree from William Mitchell College of Law. He and his family reside in Wabasha, Minnesota.
Peter works closely with landowners, farmers, families, trustees, personal representatives, and investors to address the legal and practical issues that often accompany rural real estate transactions, including trusts, estates, title concerns, easements, deed restrictions, and land splits.
When he's not working with clients, Peter enjoys spending time with his wife, Laura, and their two children, Alison and James. Together they enjoy golf, skiing, Minnesota sports, and exploring the outdoors throughout Southeastern Minnesota.
Cathy Jones is a licensed Minnesota attorney and real estate broker who helps clients buy and sell farmland, recreational land, and rural property throughout Southeastern Minnesota. Her legal background provides clients with valuable insight when navigating transactions involving title issues, family-owned property, estates, trusts, and other unique real estate considerations.
A Pine Island native, Cathy earned her bachelor's degree, cum laude, from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, majoring in psychology with a minor in business. She received her law degree from the University of St. Thomas School of Law.
Cathy combines practical legal knowledge with a client-focused approach to help buyers and sellers achieve smooth, successful transactions. She lives in Rochester, Minnesota with her husband, Travis, and their son, Julien. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, volleyball, pool, and spending time with family.
